Unique School Solutions are supporting a successful Secondary School in the S8 area of Sheffield to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis supporting learners who speak English as an additional language (EAL).

Essential requirements for the role:

* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

* Experience and knowledge of how to support students who speak English as an additional language within a school setting.

Duties include:

* Providing EAL support to students in small groups and on a 1-1 basis when required

* Tailoring activities and lessons to meet their needs

* Working with the EAL coordinator to ensure students are receiving the correct level of support

All candidates must adhere to our stringent vetting procedure which includes a face to face registration, professional references, and an Enhanced DBS.
