Responsibilities:

· Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, etc.

· Resolve issues related to accounts, billing, and service.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

· Welcome new clients and ensure they have all the information they need.

· Identify opportunities to upsell and expand client services (commission-earning!).

· Collaborate with internal and external partners to find solutions.

· Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
