Our client, based in Washington, is looking for a Business Support Administrator to support with the daily functions of the business.

Hours of work would be Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm, 37.5 hours per week.

The role will be to cover all aspects of the Administration department, and will include the following duties & responsibilities:

* General office duties

* Printing daily/weekly reports, distributing to relevant team members

* Scanning & Filling

* Booking in deliveries

* Answering phones

* Creating customer document

* Involvement in auditing documentation

* Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

* The candidate must have a sound administrative background

* Excellent organisation and communication skills

* Good IT & administrative skills

* Own transport needed due to the location of the company
