Service and Installation Engineer

Up to £31,000 DOE + Company Vehicle + Pension + Share Plan
Monday to Thursday, 8am – 4:30pm, Friday 8am – 3:30pm
An experienced Service and Installation Engineer sought for an industrial manufacturer. The main responsibilities of the Service and Installation Engineer are to carry out the servicing, installation, maintenance and repairs on a range of plant and machinery.
This role will be suited to an individual who has experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance and repairs on heavy machinery as well as strong communication skills.
The Role:
* Carrying out installation, planned preventative and reactive maintenance and repairs on a range of plant and machinery.
* Ensure all work is recorded and carried out in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
* Operating emergency cover as required.
* Carry out all work in accordance with Health & Safety and COSHH
The Person
* Mechanical service background
* Experienced with heavy machinery
* Servicing and installation of mechanical plant and machinery experience
* Experience fabricating mechanical parts and components
* Able to follow mechanical and electrical drawings and diagrams
* Strong communication skills
* Valid Driving Licence
