Service Manager - Mental Health Rehabilitation Service

Location: Halifax, West Yorkshire
Position: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week

What We Are Looking For:

As a Service Manager, you’ll be a role model for the team, implementing our service philosophy, values, and business strategy. We're seeking someone with a genuine passion for promoting independence and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

About the role:

You will be working for a leading provider that has been a provider of Mental Health, Learning Disability, and Rehabilitation services across Lancashire and Yorkshire for the last 20 years. They support adults aged 18-65 with recovery-focused services, delivered in innovative, creative, and inspiring environments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accountable for all Care Quality Commission, regulatory, statutory, and quality monitoring requirements

* Maintain service user safety through robust clinical governance structures

* Support the Registered Manager in enhancing the service’s reputation within the local area

* Maximise bed occupancy and reduce vacancies through proactive engagement with local commissioners and stakeholders

Desired Experience:

* Experience in a mental health setting

* Knowledge of current mental health and health & social care legislation

* Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate staff

* Passion for delivering person-centred care
