Position: Multi-Skilled Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer

Location: Stockton-on-Tees and around

Salary: 42000 per annum

Shift Work: Day shift (Monday-Friday)

Holidays: 33 days annual holidays, including bank holidays.

One of our clients has an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join our clients global facilities management team. Seeking for a dedicated individual who is delivering high-quality services and ensuring the safety and comfort of commercial property occupants.

It is a full-time, permanent position covering commercial properties Stockton-on-Tees and around .

33 days annual holidays, including bank holidays.Key Responsibilities:

Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on various air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRVs/VRFs, and chillers.
Diagnose and repair faults on HVAC systems, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
Carry out installation and commissioning of HVAC systems when required.
Undertake general fabric maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and participate in a 1-in-4 on-call rota.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, including reports and documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in air conditioning systems.Requirements:

NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent qualification.
F-Gas Category 1 certification is desirable.
18th edition is desirable.
