We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on social media marketing, with expertise in paid social and paid search strategies. You will play a key role in enhancing the brand presence, driving engagement, and optimising brand exposure across multiple digital platforms.

Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Location: Reading, with travel to other sites

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies across multi-channels platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement
Liaising with agency partners and platforms for paid social and paid search support
Oversee creation and execution of social media campaigns and analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and maximise ROI
Weekly and monthly reporting to dive into data and present to internal stakeholders
Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant social media content, including graphics, videos, and copy that align with our brand voice
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to enhance our digital marketing efforts.

Skills and Experience:

Media strategy experience within a direct-to-consumer environment
Digital marketing expertise including UX and multi-channel campaigns
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to oversee multiple projects at one time
