Rent and Service Charge Officer

Location: Surrey

Hourly Pay Rate: £22.50 per hour Umbrella

Duration: 4 month contract.

Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a social housing organisation, based in Surrey, with their recruitment of a rent and service charge officer.

The ideal candidate will have a vast experience in dealing with rent and service charges and the ability to assist in providing detailed and proactive focused finance services specifically focused on income.

What will you do in the role?

* Prepare and send rent/service charges notifications to all residents and ensure leasehold management and service charges are applied accurately.

* To set and monitor rent service charges notification to all residents and ensure leasehold management and service charges are applied accurately.

* Dealing with queries regarding service charges including complaints

Who would excel in this role?

* A candidate with experience in setting rents in the social housing sector and service charge accountancy.

* Someone with experience in budget setting, forecasting and experience of the housing sector or property development sector.

* A candidate with an aptitude for IT and in particular word, Excel and housing management software,

* Someone with a positive “can do” attitude and a passion for service delivery.
