Dunbar Education is recruiting for a Reception Teacher to join a primary school in Borehamwood. This full-time, term-time position focuses on delivering straightforward, effective teaching to Reception pupils in a supportive school environment.

Overview of the Role:

Teach the Reception class, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Plan and deliver purposeful lessons that focus on key learning outcomes.
Use assessments to track pupil progress and adapt teaching approaches as necessary.
Work with parents, carers, and staff to provide clear communication on pupil progress.
Manage classroom behaviour to create a productive learning environment.What You Need:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in EYFS.
A strong grasp of the EYFS curriculum and the ability to apply it in a focused, no-frills way.
Confidence in managing the classroom and ensuring pupils stay on track.
