My client is a leading national company in the property sector who are looking for an experienced Conveyancer or Estate Agency Sales professional to join their team as a Trainer to their Sales Progression and Property Sales Administration Teams.

As the Sales Progression and Compliance Trainer you will have a strong understanding of the Conveyancing and Property Sales Progression process along with a strong desire to share your expertise by training and developing of others.

What will your role be?

Identify training needs across the teams and develop tailored training solutions.

Deliver team and one to one training sessions on all aspects of conveyancing/ sales progression and compliance and monitor team and individual progression.

Provide expertise on Conveyancing/sales progression and AML regulations.

Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements to maintain the highest standards.

What will you bring to the role?

Strong communication skills

Excellent time management abilities

Strong organisational skills

Knowledge and experience in Conveyancing or Property Sales Progression and an understanding of AML legislation is essential

What do you get in return?

Basic Salary of £30-35K

Monthly commission and bonus structure bring your OTE to £45K
