Customer Service Administrator
I am currently recruiting on behalf of my prestigious client, based in Rugeley, for an experienced Customer Service Administrator, to join the team on a full-time, permanent contract.
The successful applicant will play a vital role in upholding the clients reputation of excellent customer service whilst maintaining relationships and ensuring all records are logged effectively.
The post provides both clerical and administrative support to managers, either as part of a team or individually depending on the task. The role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of businesses.
The ideal candidate will have proven Customer Service experience and CRM experience would be advantageous.
About the role:
* Answering incoming calls from customers and clients
* Maintaining client relationships e.g. informing them on the progress of a claim and taking new instructions over the phone and via email
* Maintaining case files and following office procedures
* Accurately logging comprehensive details of the claim
* Uploading jobs to company database
* Planning routes nationwide
* Ensuring client’s portals are kept up to date regularly
Hours and Pay:
* Monday to Friday
* Salary up to £26,000 - dependent on experience
* Permanent
About you:
* Proven Customer Service experience is essential
* CRM experience would be beneficial
* Competent daily user of Microsoft Office and Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
