My client, who operate within the construction industry are on the market for a Recruitment Specialist on a full-time basis, this is a stand-alone role, and you will be providing pivotal support to the HR department. My client is looking for a candidate with a can-do attitude and with excellent customer service skills!
Duties for this Recruitment Specialist role include:
Work with department heads and hiring managers to understand the role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
Produce accurate job descriptions that reflect the skills, qualifications, and responsibilities required for each position.
Post job openings on internal job boards, company websites, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
Review CV’s and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements and conduct phone or video screenings to assess the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and interest in the role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with the relevant hiring manager and provide feedback to hiring managers and teams after interviews to help make informed decisions.
Ensure all necessary paperwork and contracts are prepared and ready for candidates to sign upon acceptance of the offer.
Use ATS software to maintain accurate records of candidates, applications, and interview feedback.
The successful candidate will have/ be:
Previous experience working in Recruitment.
Computer literacy and experience using an ATS system.
Able to build and maintain relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills, you will often be managing multiple roles at once!
Time management skills and able to work within tight deadlines.
A positive and enthusiastic approach!
