Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care.2. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.4. Foster a safe and supportive environment for both residents and staff.5. Manage budgets and resources efficiently.6.
