This is a great opportunity for someone with basic carpentry skills and a keen eye for detail who wants to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
Main Purpose of the Role:
As a Semi-Skilled Joiner, you will play a key role in producing high-quality component parts according to the required standards, technical drawings, and Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P).
Key Accountabilities:
* You will manufacture components to meet specifications and standards in line with the S.O.P.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
* You will be working closely with other team members to ensure an efficient and smooth production process.
* Report any quality or safety issues promptly to your supervisor.
* Follow all company policies and procedures, attend required training sessions, and actively contribute to achieving team objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Follow Technical Drawings
* Carpentry & Assembly
* Workplace Maintenance
* Making sure to put safety first by wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to all safety protocols.
* Report Safety Concerns
Key Skills Required:
* Ability to follow drawings, specifications, and instructions with precision, adhering to the S.O.P.
* Proficient in using hand and power tools for carpentry work.
* Strong attention to detail to ensure quality production.
* Good physical fitness and manual dexterity.
* Ability to work well as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
