My client is a industry leading principle contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Project Manager or Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing a commercial and industrial roofing contract based in the Midlands.

My client can offer permanent positions for suitable candidates.

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Director and Contracts Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries

• Ammending and working to RAMS

• Quality Assurance.

• Managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Providing progress reports

• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing perations.

Site Manager Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• First aid

• Experienced in managing commercial and industrial roofing projects.

• 8+ years management experience
