Are you an experienced Building Services Manager, or may have a solid background working as a Senior M&E Project Manager for Tier 1 Contractors that would potentially be open to have a chat about an opportunity to work for a bespoke Main Contractor that specialises in Ultra High- End Residential projects in London?

Who requires a Senior Building Services Manager?

We are working with a market leading main contractor who specialise in high end residential projects throughout London. A business that has a very strong name in the market and are known for their prestigious major schemes to be built with quality and care. This role is for a particular project in East London and would consist of the individual heading up the MEP for the next 4/5 years, working alongside the Project Director on the scheme. You will also be supported by the Head of Building Services who has been with the business for the past 15 years, has excellent experience and knowledge to ensure your career progression is on the right track.

Role and reason for the Senior Building Services Manager?

Due to the current workload that the business have with live schemes, they need to outsource an experienced Services Manager to join this particular project. It will be essential that the chosen candidate has experience in pre-construction/ design and delivery phases. A very good opportunity for someone who is looking for longevity in a business that will give you the chance to work on London's best residential schemes.
