Up to £60,000 basic + 25 days holiday, BUPA, and pension

As a Mechanical Design Engineer you will:

Mechanical design engineer will carry out Mechanical design and project management of various types of projects in accordance with the company aims and policies.
Mechanical design engineer will carry out condition and feasibility surveys in various parts of England at times and produce reports.
Mechanical design engineer will manage the design team and provide Mechanical engineering support to all Electrical engineers.
Mechanical design engineer will use CAD / BIM systems.
Mechanical design engineer will monitor financial aspects of projects and liaise with clients and attend meetings on all aspects of the projects.
To be successful as the Senior Mechanical Design Engineer you will need:

Mechanical Design Engineer will have experience and knowledge of current Building Regulations / Renewable technologies / IES Thermal Modelling / SAPs/ SBEM Calculations/ EPC's / BREEAM / GLA London Plan / Passivhaus Standards / Revit MEP/ Hevacomp/IES VE
Mechanical Design Engineer will have knowledge on CIBSE and CDM
Mechanical Design Engineer will have CAD experience
Mechanical Design Engineer will have a full driving licence and vehicle
Mechanical Design Engineer will have a HNC or higher qualified in Electrical building services engineering
Mechanical Design Engineer will be in a commuting distance to Croydon
