Site Supervisor
Location: Birmingham
Rate: £270 per shift (CIS)

I’m working with one of the UK’s leading main contractors on a large-scale distribution centre refurbishment project in Birmingham. They’re looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to support the Site Manager across this 16-week project.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Supervise trades and subcontractors on-site

*

Lead by example and work hands-on where needed

*

Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to spec

*

Report progress to the Site Manager daily

*

Assist with site inductions and briefings

*

Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised site

Requirements:

*

Valid CSCS card

*

First Aid (3 day)

*

SMSTS or SSSTS

*

Asbestos Awareness

*

Fire Marshall certificate

*

Previous experience as a foreman on large commercial or industrial sites

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Positive, hard-working, and team-focused
