The Deputy Manager – Supported Living Overview:

Cureyoursearch are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager for a Supported Living service for adults with a range of learning disabilities, based in North Manchester.

Working with an established, independent provider of person-centred care, this is an extremely exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who puts the people they care for first, to support the Registered Manager leading a team of support staff, and driving quality assurance standards forward.

The Deputy Manager – Supported Living candidate:

Experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities.
Must have experience of managing/leading a team of support staff
Level 3 in Health and Social Care essential
Must be passionate about person centred care
Must have good communication skills
The Deputy Manager – Supported Living Package:

Salary £25,000 - £30,000
Fully funded Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification
