As a 1st Line Support Technician your day-to-day duty will be to support your clients using your range of technical support skills. As part of the role you will have a good telephone manner and have the ability to guide your clients through any technical issues they may be having.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Support for PCs and servers remotely and on-site (Win10, Win11, 2012, 2016, 2019 & 2022)
* Installing PCs / upgrading software
* Administration of IP phone systems (via web based interface)
* Supporting customer applications (training provided)
* Setting up email accounts and website hosting (Linux and Windows)
* Support for Mac's remotely and on-site.
Knowledge:
* Anti-Virus
* Disk Space
* Memory / CPU
* Office 365 Management
* General PC Issues
* VPN Issues
* Connectivity Troubleshooting
* Wi-Fi Troubleshooting
* Creating new users via Active Directory
* Service cancellations
* Completion of IT Solutions & Project Work
* PC/Workstation Installations
* Anti-Virus Installation
