We are currently working with a market leading manufacturer of Medical Beds & Stretchers who are looking for an Area Sales Manager to cover London,
No previous experience within Medical Sales is neccessary, however, sales experience is a must!
The role is selling the products into NHS, Private Healthcare and Day Surgeries.
This will involve the following activities:
1) Promoting and demonstrating the Company’s products to clinical staff in all customer settings and at industry trade shows/conferences.
2) Successfully negotiating sales of the Company’s products to customer organisations.
3) Working with the Sales Manager – on major contracts to ensure accurate product specification, successful clinical trials, and winning tenders/quotations.
4) Working with the rest of the Sales and Marketing Team in developing national promotional plans.
5) Liaising closely with Customer Services regarding customer enquiries, pricing, the preparation of quotations and tenders, delivery dates, and trials.
6) Liaising closely with Technical Services and the UK Service Dealer(s) regarding service matters.
7) Focusing on building relationships with all customers.
8) Updating sales forecasts weekly.
9) Providing feedback for improvement in the Company’s activities including product design improvements.
10) Company van supplied for transporting demonstration products.
