Location: Welwyn Garden City
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Team Administrator – About our client:

They are looking for a proactive and professional Team Administrator to support their Finance and Customer Service teams, with additional involvement across the Sales department. Team Administrator – Responsibilities:

Handling incoming phone calls, resolving queries, and directing calls to the appropriate department
Managing emails and administration for the Customer Service and Finance teams
Preparing documentation packs for customers
Coordinating inspections and follow-ups for customers
Attending meetings with managers and directors to support with administrative tasks
Providing additional admin support across the Finance and Sales teams as required
Team Administrator – What We’re Looking For:

Office-based admin experience (e.g., Admin Assistant, Receptionist, Customer Service, Coordinator)
Previous Construction or Property experience is advantageous, but not essential
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong organisational skills
Comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and directors
A proactive and adaptable approach to work
Must be a driver, as occasional site visits with directors may be required
