Job Title: Multi Trader

Area: Waltham Forest

Pay: £38,000- £40,000

Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative.

Duties will include:

* Multi Trade

* Plumbing

* Carpentry

* Paneling

* Patch plastering

* Vinyl Flooring

* Kitchen & Bathroom Fitting

Requirements:

* City & Guilds/ NVQ in relevant trade

* Social housing/High volume works experience

* Kitchen and Bathroom program experience

* Multi Trade experience

Pay: £38,000- £40,000

Schedule:

* Monday to Friday

* Overtime

* Weekend availability

* Work Location: On the road

Job Type: Full-time
