Merrifield Consultants are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic charity that is seeking a HRIS specialist to undertake a mini project to ensure their new HR system is implemented and stress tested effectively.

As a HRIS specialist you will be handling the administrative tasks of ensuring all data is accurate and that entities on the system are logged effectively and that each employee is a unique identity. Also ensure that documents are all uploaded in the correct format so that when the system is bulk uploaded it appears professionally and runs smoothly.

Job Title: HRIS Specialist

Organisation: Health Charity

Hourly Rate - £17/hour

Contract: 4 weeks, Part Time

Location: London (Remote)

Responsible To: HR team

Closing Date: Wednesday 9th July.

Required: CV ASAP - Start Date - Immediately available.

Responsibilities:

Previous experience managing HRIS systems
Assisting with projects in transfering HR systems.
Providing innovative ideas to improve the transition of the system/database.
Confident in managing data, data entry and ensuring all documents are in the same format.
Database experience.
Creating ideas of how to overcome issues in the database and stress testing the system.

Skills/Experience Required:

HRIS Experience
Assisted implementing a new system
Stress testing systems to ensure it will work effectively.
High attention to detail and has the ability to provide innovative ideas to make the system efficient.
