I am working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a foreman to help deliver a large infrastructure and civils package being delivered in the Bedfordshire region. My client are a specialist within their field and deliver projects across all aspects of infrastructure.

Foreman responsibilities:

* Working alongside the project manager and works manager.

* Managing labour and putting labour to work.

* Quality control.

* Tool box talks.

* Managing health and safety compliance.

* Record keeping.

* Plant and machinery checks.

* Liaising with the client.

Foreman requirements:

* Right to work in the UK.

* CSCS card.

* SSSTS/ SMSTS.

* First aid.

* Safety critical medical.

* Previous experience with highways and earthworks.

* Full UK driving licence.
