Job Title: Trainee Planner | Graduate Town Planner

Requirements:

Geography or Town Planning related degree
Completed A-levels (or equivalent)
Have a desire to work as a Town PlannerPerson Specification:

Understands the needs and motivations of clients, including housebuilders, land promoters, local developers, and businesses.
Can build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and professionals.
Actively contributes to projects, completing individual tasks under supervision in a competent and timely manner.
Prepares written advice and reports to a high standard, under the guidance of senior team members.
Is comfortable conducting research, preparing and submitting applications and appeals, and liaising with planning officers during determinations.This role offers a fantastic chance to develop your career in a dynamic environment where you will play a vital role in shaping future developments.
