The Role:
As a Debt Recovery Officer, you will be engaging with members of the public who are in arrears. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Contacting clients via phone, email, and written correspondence
Understanding individual circumstances to offer tailored solutions
Negotiating payment plans and terms
Managing difficult and sensitive conversations with tact and empathy
Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policiesWhat We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role (call centre, sales, retail, or similar)
