Legionella Risk Assessor – Midlands (National travel)

£32000-£35000 + Var or Car + Bonus + Benefits

Our client a UK based Water and Asbestos Consultancy is experiencing significant growth, driven by new projects and a commitment to ongoing expansion. With a strong pipeline of work and long-term development plans, they are continually investing in their team and resources to support this exciting journey.

They currently require 2 experienced Legionella Risk Assessors with exposure to commercial projects to join the Midlands division and cover national accounts. Sites will vary covering: Office buildings, hotels and resorts, restaurants and cafes, hospitals and healthcare facilities, schools, colleges and universities.

Key duties of the Legionella Risk Assessor will include

* Conduct Legionella Risk Assessments on water systems (sampling, monitoring, testing).

* Test water samples and analyse results.

* Identify risk factors like stagnant water and poor temperature control.

* Prepare detailed reports on findings and corrective actions working from schematic drawings.

* Advise businesses on legionella control best practices and further work required to stay compliant with industry regulations.
