Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Customer Complaints Officer on a 3 month temporary contract situated in Lancashire

There is a real option for the role to become permanent

The option of hybrid will depend on your experience. However, there will be a flexible approach

Duties will include:

- Fully managing customer complaints

- Drawing up acknowledgement letters

- Speaking and liaising with tenants

It is vital that you have detailed written experience and to a high quality. You should also be more than competent on XL

Interested candidates must have a passion for dealing with customers
