Job Title: Groundworkers - Solar & Wind Farm Project (Wales)

Job Description:
LRL Recruitment is urgently seeking three experienced Groundworkers for a Solar and Wind Farm project in Wales. This is a short-term contract lasting 3-4 weeks, offering competitive rates and an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out pipeline utilities, trench boxes, and large excavation work.

Assist with digging, backfilling, and general groundwork tasks.

Work closely with machine operators and site supervisors.

Install and maintain drainage systems, ducts, and foundations.

Follow health and safety regulations and site procedures.

Requirements:

CSCS card (essential).

Previous experience in groundwork, particularly in pipeline utilities and trench boxes.

Strong understanding of excavation safety and best practices.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

Location: Wales

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3-4 weeks

Hours: Full-time, with potential overtime

Pay Rate: £22-£23 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
