Job Title: After Sales Engineer

Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

Ensure commissioning and decommissioning equipment, providing guidance on equipment arrangements and coordinating installations globally.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for all equipment and troubleshoot recurring breakdowns.
Conduct thorough training for equipment operators, maintenance technicians, and supervisors, ensuring they are equipped to operate and maintain equipment effectively.
Provide technical support both remotely and on-site, responding promptly to customer queries and assisting with preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Supervise workshop operations, production output, and adherence to quality procedures, providing recommendations for optimisation and improvement.
Monitor equipment performance, analyse data, and propose action plans for enhancing safety, reliability, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Establish and maintain strong communication with customers, reporting any deviations from standard processes and identifying opportunities for service enhancements.
Stay updated on competitors' activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of products, equipment, and processes.? Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
Experience in a customer service role and quality control/inspection is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly (30-50% of the time) for short periods.
Strong technical skills in electrical, mechanical, automation, and hydraulic systems.? Why work with our client?
