To support our growth and ensure excellence in operations, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Factory Trainer to join our dynamic team.

As a Factory Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs that equip our production staff with the skills and knowledge they need to perform their roles effectively. You will ensure that all employees, from new starters to experienced operatives, are trained to the highest standards in safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for factory operatives across various production areas.
- Conduct on-the-job training, inductions, and refresher courses to ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and food safety standards.
- Work closely with the production and quality teams to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
- Develop training materials, guides, and manuals tailored to the needs of different departments and skill levels.
- Monitor and assess employee performance post-training to ensure understanding and application of knowledge.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements.
- Provide support and coaching to staff to promote continuous improvement and best practices.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes that impact training content.
- Create a culture of safety, efficiency, and excellence across the production floor.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a training role within a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, HACCP, health & safety, and quality control processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate staff at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of the business.
- Train-the-Trainer certification or relevant qualifications (preferred but not essential).
