Responsibilities:

* Supervise and assist the site team with daily operations.

* Oversee and participate in groundworks, construction, or other site tasks.

* Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to the required standards.

* Coordinate with site management and subcontractors to keep projects on track.

* Enforce health and safety regulations on-site.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a working supervisor in construction or groundworks.

* SSSTS certification preferred.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* CSCS card required.

* Ability to manage teams and perform hands-on tasks.
