My client is a small independent recruiter and due to continued growth, they have a new branch in Wolverhampton and have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team based in their busy Wolverhampton office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a small established independent agency.

Job Responsibilities:
* Full 360 Recruitment Consultant role supplying temporary or permanent workers into the Industrial and Commercial sector's, via Business development and marketing techniques, sales/cold calls and networking to gain new business
* Exceed sales targets and weekly branch budgets
* Building relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs
* Account management
* Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained
* Arranging meetings with new and existing clients
* Attracting candidates by drafting and placing adverts via online job boards
* Source, screen, interview, evaluate candidates and complete reference checks
* Matching workers to vacancies
* Rotating on call duties required
Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:
* Successful business development skills
* Account management skills
* Proven record of success in B2B
* Target driven
* Excellent level of customer service
* Must be articulate and enthusiastic
* A self-starter with the desire to progress within their career
* 12 months experience in sales / recruitment is essential.
* Ideally, previous experience within the Industrial or Commercial recruitment sector's is advantageous
* Knowledge of the Wolverhampton area would be advantageous.
* Own transport is essential for this role
