About the Role:

As a Primary Class Teacher, you will inspire and support students, fostering a love of learning in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons across the curriculum that cater to the needs of all learners.
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and motivated.
Monitoring and assessing student progress, using data to inform targeted interventions and ensure excellent outcomes.
Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to promote a cohesive and supportive learning experience.
Maintaining high standards of classroom management, fostering a safe and respectful learning space.
Supporting the school's ethos and values by contributing to extracurricular activities and whole-school initiatives.

About You:

We are looking for someone who:

Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and has experience teaching in a mainstream primary or secondary setting.
Has a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching that engages and inspires students.
Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching to meet diverse needs.
Is committed to raising standards and helping all pupils achieve their full potential.
Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
Is enthusiastic, reflective, and eager to make a meaningful impact within the school community.
