Staffing Match is currently recruiting for a role that involves Picking, Packing, and Finished Goods Dispatch in Warwick. We are seeking physically fit, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Shifts:

October-November: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm (37.5 hours per week)
December: Monday to Friday, 11.5-hour shifts (Day or Night: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am, or 10pm-6am)
Permanent oportunities for top performers after DecemberPay Rates:

£12 per hour - Days
£14.40 per hour - NightsOvertime Pay Rates:

Day Shifts:

Saturday: £18 per hour (if 5 days worked Mon-Fri)
Sunday: £24 per hour (if 6 days worked Mon-Sat, otherwise Saturday rate applies)Night Shifts:

Saturday: £21.60 per hour (if 5 nights worked Mon-Fri)
Sunday: £28.80 per hour (if 6 nights worked Mon-Sat, otherwise Saturday rate applies)Key Responsibilities as Machine Operator:

Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack products, ensuring efficient preparation for dispatch.
Finished Goods Dispatch: Prepare and organize finished goods for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling, packaging, and order fulfillment.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Work collaboratively as part of a team and support various functions as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.Essential Requirements as Machine Operator:

Full availability from October to 23rd December (no holidays booked during this period).
Physically fit to meet the demands of the role.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Effective communication skills.
Punctuality and reliability.
