About the Role

Just Temps is currently seeking a detail-oriented Production Planner to join our client's dynamic team. This role is essential for coordinating and scheduling the production of goods to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
As a Production Planner, your main duties will include:

Planning, scheduling, and coordinating the production processes for optimal efficiency.
Monitoring production statuses and proactively addressing issues or delays.
Preparing, distributing, and booking in Works Orders.
Evaluating materials and equipment to ensure readiness for production.
Collaborating with key teams including Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, and Planning & Logistics.
Managing documentation scanning, arranging couriers as necessary, and assisting in stock takes.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Proven experience in a production planning role, ideally in an office setting.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Strong multitasking, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
