Are you looking to make a real impact in the Facilities Management industry? A leading player in the industry is currently looking for an Asset Manager to join their growing team.

As the Asset Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:

Lead asset management activities, including oversight of lifecycle programme delivery and agreed variations.

*

Provide technical asset management advice and support to LIFTCo project teams, leading on specific issues as required.

*

Monitor service provision performance in line with contractual obligations and statutory duties.

To be successful in the role of Asset Manager, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

*

Ability to work unsupervised to achieve targets.

*

Effective teamwork and information-sharing mindset.

*

Experience in LIFT/PFI/PPP environments, ideally in an SPV capacity.

*

Understanding and application of contractual rights and obligations.

*

Proven ability to drive and achieve service improvements.
