Contracts Manager
£50,000 - £60,000 + company car

We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to manage a TFM contract across the North East managing 4 large commercial sites. Working between home, the sites and the local office in Newcastle, you will support a team of 4 managers who oversee the running of the contract.

The contract covers all hard services including ppm and reactive engineering as well as project work via an in-house team and specialist subcontractors. The soft service on site covers caretaking, cleaning and catering. The P+L on the contract is £2m ppm and reactive work (TFM) and £2m of additional project works, so experience of managing both areas would be advantageous.

Duties of the role:

Managing a team of 4 managers to support with staff management and development.
Managing KPI’s on the contract and making sure works are completed on time and within budget.
Managing the P+L of the contract.
Managing PPM and reactive works .
Working closely with the customer to provide great services and communication.
Good attention to detail to make the contract doesn’t incur any penalties.
Attending senior leadership meetings and presenting on the performance of the contract.
The Candidate

The desired applicant will have the following skills and experience:

Come from an FM background, managing TFM
Experience with managing project work.
Good customer service skills to continue a good client relationship on the contract
Experienced managing hard services KPI’s and workflow
Commercial Acumen
PFI experience is desirable
Driving license
