Are you looking to work for a leading company in their field, within a Customer Service Team that values your voice? If so, then we are looking to add an experienced Customer Service Representative to an already flourishing team.

You will be working as part of a strong customer service team responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurately entered and delivery requirements are met. End to end (enquiry to payment) handling of customer orders must be dealt with promptly and efficiently.

* Accurate order entry

* Produce accurate, professional quotations including all additional charges

* Production of necessary proformas

* Deal efficiently with telephone orders and enquiries

* Liaise with internal and external suppliers regarding availability of products

* Provide customers with technical information

* Liaise with warehouse/production staff regarding picking/mixing priorities

* Liaise with own transport and third-party carriers to ensure customer delivery expectations are met

* Liaise with customers regarding delivery expectations

* Filing of customer orders, dispatch notes and proof of deliveries

We are looking for someone PC literate who can accurately input information and confidently liaise with internal and external clients. Clear written and spoken communication skills are essential along with a pro-active, can-do approach.
