Simply Education have a fantastic opportunity for any Primary Early Careers Teachers (ECT's) to get their foot in the door with teaching opportunities in local primary schools.

We work in collaboration with a number of schools in the Lincoln / south Lincoln area and across the county to help ECT's secure long and short term placements aswell as any day to day cover for valuable experience in different settings.

As a successful candidate you will:

- Plan and deliver creative lessons in numeracy, literacy and foundation subjects (non planning roles available)
- Assess learning needs and differentiate lessons accordingly
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies
- Establish strong working relationships with pupils and staff
- Promote pupils' progress, achievement and wellbeing

To apply you should have:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven primary classroom experience
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and national curriculum
- A passion for nurturing children’s development
- A resilient, caring and flexible working style
- A 10 year checkable work history & 2 year referenceable work history
