What Will You Be Doing?
* Developing business plans for each customer in co-ordination with Corporate Clients Manager to focus on agreed targets.
* Identifying and securing new customer accounts and managing accounts to increase market coverage.
* Developing sales opportunities with existing or non-spending customers by increasing in store share
* Building great relationships and trust with customers through strong communication including new product presentations and delivering on promises made
* Liaising closely with the Customer Support Specialist roles to maximise sales through a collaborative approach to ensure exceptional customer service
* Identifying, negotiating and securing all business opportunities by design support, tracking and delivering of projects to increase market share.
* Liaising with other sales roles – Applied, Heating, Spec Sales etc as required to maximise sales through a collaborative approach
* Representing the brand and promoting Daikin through customer and industry events / activities e.g. Conferences or hospitality events.
* Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and demand
The Ideal Candidate:
You will be an experienced Corporate Development Manager, ideally within the same industry covering a similar territory. Experienced in extensive travel. Confident with senior level collaboration and strategic decision making, with the ability to provide technical expertise. You will also be competent in HVAC products (in particular air conditioning), solutions and legislation, with a strong awareness of the market, industry and region activity.
