Our Programme Manager (Corporate Real Estates) work within Corporate Real Estates environment. You will be working as part of a team to

* We are looking for a Programme Manager to support the mobilisation of Future Southwark Phase II and the workstream to deliver cross cutting council savings specifically in the area of our Corporate Real Estate.

* We are looking for a Programme Manager who has experience of designing and delivering complex transformation and savings programmes in local government, as well as programmes that respond to corporate-wide critical projects.

* This will include developing delivery programmes that are built on stakeholder engagement, building relationships, analysis, planning, development of business cases, working with external consultancy support and implementation.

You will be expected to provide a high standard of work to the role.

Minimum Requirements for the Role

* Programme Management Experience

* Experience in Corporate/Commercial Real Estates
