Our client is a highly successful and award-winning food manufacturer who are looking for a driven and ambitious Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join them in their vibrant head office in Suffolk.
The Role:
* First point of contact for customer and supplier queries.
* Liaising with procurement and production teams to dispatch orders
* Monitor sales orders and check stock allocation
* Provide admin support to external sales managers
* Assist with logistics to UK & international market
The Candidate:
* Relevant experience in customer service or related fields
* Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
* Background in roles focused on customer engagement or administrative support
* Experience in data management and organization
* Strong attention to detail
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent communication skills
