Teaching Assistant (Salford and Bolton) – Supporting Students with Special Educational Needs (SEND)

About the Role:
Location: Various schools across Salford and Bolton
Rate: Starting from £84+ per day, paid directly via PAYE, with no hidden fees
Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm), with flexible part-time options available
Start Date: Immediate start following registration
Contract: Long-term placements with pathways to transition into permanent roles
Key Responsibilities:
Individual and Group Support: Offer personalised support to students with SEND, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).
Learning Engagement: Facilitate curriculum participation in one-on-one and classroom settings, providing tailored learning support.
Promote Independence: Help students develop essential social and life skills, building confidence and independence.
Collaborate with Professionals: Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Inclusive Environment: Contribute to creating a safe and nurturing classroom setting that fosters students' emotional and academic growth.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
