A Career Opportunity for a Residential Groundworks Quantity Surveyor to join a Bromsgrove based Residential groundworks Business. The role will pay up to £70,000p.a plus a package for the right person.

An opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join Midlands based Residential Groundworks Business within their commercial team. The client with an annual turnover of £100m is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business as they have multiple projects currently ongoing as well as at tendering stages.

Duties:
• Optimising contract profitability
• Provide quotations to clients for variations
• Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks
• Accurate monthly cost and value reports
• All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
• Time management skills and meeting deadlines
• Experience in value engineering
• Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Remuneration:
• Up to £60,000 p.a
