The Business:
An industry-leading business based in the heart of Cornwall who operate globally, they specialise in designing, manufacturing and supplying technical equipment within the offshore and subsea sectors.

Renowned for their innovative ways of thinking, this business is now on the rise, with over a decade since they started, they’ve made 2025 a year to kick on.
With a reshuffle of structure, improvements to the culture and a new sense of direction, we’re looking for the ‘right’ people to be onboard with growing a successful and enjoyable business to be a part of.
  
The Position:
As the Sales & Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for mainly technical sales, working directly with the MD to target new and existing clients. Working with the wider team to identify the right relationships, be a brand ambassador and champion the business across the world.

We’re looking for someone from a technical background, perhaps a degree in engineering or experience within offshore, subsea or geo-technical sales. We’re looking for a driven, ambitious and self-motivated sales professionals.

Marketing and Sales go hand in hand and to start, they’ll be an element of marketing here, but not a huge amount. Ideally, towards Q3/4 you’ll start building the team out!
  
About you:

- At least 2 years within offshore, subsea or geotechnical sales
- Clear and Effective communicator
- Has the ability to lead and make change
- Proactive and Hard-working
- Strong sales professional with a technical ability
  
This role is based in Cornwall with regular office visits, however, if you’re based, say in Scotland, we can still make this work. We’re looking for the right fit, not the closest person!
