They are looking to expand their team in Brighton and are seeking a Personal Assistant to join them on a full time basis. You will be responsible for providing support, managing calendars and travel, and driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The Requirements:
Experience providing executive-level support in Marketing and Brand
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
Knowledgeable in social media platforms
Strong organisational abilities
Skilled at managing complexity and adapting to fast-paced environments
Proactive and solution-oriented, with a focus on process improvement
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Takes ownership and accountability for tasks
Able to adapt to change while maintaining focus and efficiency
Proactive in managing meeting arrangements, preparing materials, and prioritising tasks
Collaborative team player
Aware of time zone differences and cultural sensitivities
Empathetic with strong emotional intelligence
Experienced in working within dynamic, fast-paced environments
The Responsibilities:
Manage the Executive Team's diary, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow in collaboration with the EA team.
Oversee Exec Team meeting governance and support in actioning business strategy and annual priorities.
Coordinate all travel arrangements, including complex visas, for the Exec Team.
Appreciation of time zones and cultures, experience of working globally is an advantage.
Represent the Exec Team professionally and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
Handle Purchase Order and Vendor creation processes and assist with budget management and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Authorise team holidays and absences.
Organise and participate in internal/external business events and forums.
Collaborate with Marketing and Finance teams on updates and Townhalls.
Assist with or manage various projects, research, and continuously suggest improvements within the EA team.
