Working from the London HQ, we are looking for a candidate to fulfill an 18-month Fixed Term Contract. We require an experienced AV specialist with a drive for continuous service improvement and a solid experience in implementing and supporting AV services, to join our team. You will focus on leading project delivery working with third-party AV integrators, standardising the delivery process and documentation, and ensuring these standards are adhered to. Additionally, you will provide third-line support of the AV services globally, building the capability in the second-and first-line teams, acting as a mentor to upskill the teams.

About the Client

With hybrid working, the technology solutions to support the firm’s need to communicate and collaborate effectively has become very critical for the firm to continue to deliver best-in-class services to our clients. Our clients and staff expect our communications and collaboration technology to deliver a best-in-class experience regardless of platform, location of attendees and time. The quality of service is paramount, with any degradation directly impacting our clients and the efficiency of the firm. The pace of change for the technology is fast-moving, whilst clients have ever-changing expectations, meaning the Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) team must continuously revise and adapt its approach.

We recognise that one size does not fit all. The goal is to embed flexibility across the firm by giving everyone the opportunity to work in an agile way, whether as a regular pattern or on an ad hoc basis, and we will be happy to discuss this further. We also recognise that women, especially, may hesitate to apply if they feel they may not meet every requirement listed despite being excited by the role. If this sounds like you, we’d really encourage you to apply.

- Live events - the management and delivery of the firm’s internal, complex high-profile virtual or hybrid events, and supporting our Marketing colleagues with facilitating client-facing hybrid live events

You will work with the regional Technology colleagues to strengthen the local teams’ capability to support the AV services in the firm so that collectively we can provide the best service to our clients, lawyers, and business team colleagues.

Due to the global reach of the team, the role will occasionally be required to work outside the core UK hours to support colleagues in Asia and America as well as traveling to sites for project delivery or issue resolution.
