Looking for a rewarding leadership role in Special Educational Needs? Join a supportive school in Harrow, London as a Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCo) and lead the development of inclusive education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and implement the school’s SEN strategy in line with the SEND Code of Practice.
• Collaborate with parents, carers, and staff to improve student outcomes.
• Provide training and guidance on SEN best practices and safeguarding.
• Monitor and evaluate SEN provisions for effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience as a SENCo, Deputy SENCo, or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and safeguarding policies.
• Strong behaviour management skills and a passion for inclusive education
• SEN qualifications or equivalent experience working with children with additional needs.
